The minimum amount of chips required to be eligible for redemption is 200 chips. You will not be allowed to redeem anything lesser than 200 chips.
Chips in this context refer to rupees. 1 chip = 1 rupee.
The decision to allow players redeem in the event, he/she doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria is entirely ours. The validity of which might not be questioned. Player’s history with us would be taken into consideration in such cases and the player may require a security check before such redemption is processed. All applicable charges will have to be paid by the player himself.

The player cannot claim redeems for chips that have been used up in playing or had already been redeemed. Redeem would only be applicable for the balance number of chips available in the player’s account.
